The Easley Community Band began in 2014, as a revitalization of a previous civic band that had operated in Easley many years ago. In the years since, we “got the band back together” and we have grown to a 60-member-strong organization— a testament to the rich community of talented musicians in the area, and the simple joy that we share when we play together.

A non-profit organization, the Easley Community Band is comprised of wind and percussion musicians who played in high school and college bands in the past, their children who play, and college students who want to share their talents. Our performances are free, but donations are gratefully accepted. Membership is open to adult wind and percussion players, with a small annual fee for dues to cover the cost of music and supplies.

.The Easley Community Band would like to thank the South Carolina Arts Commission for selecting us as a 2025 Small Organizations Grant Award recipient!
