The Easley Community Band began in 2014, as a revitalization of a previous civic band that had operated in Easley many years ago. In the years since, we “got the band back together” and we have grown to a 60-member-strong organization— a testament to the rich community of talented musicians in the area, and the simple joy that we share when we play together.
Our 2022-2023 Board of Officers:

He is an active trumpet and bass player, arranger, conductor and musical consultant. In addition to his academic work, Mr. Day has published compositions and arrangements, as well as many freely distributed concert band works for young bands. He is a founding member of the Easley based Altamonte Brass Quintet and plays with several rock and jazz bands in the upstate.
